Out&About events
Events marked “Book with Out&About” are sold through this site. The event page shows the total price per place, what is included, the date, meeting point, age restriction and cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed when payment has been verified and My bookings shows “Booking confirmed”. An unfinished checkout does not confirm a booking.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Check attendee details carefully before paying. Each attendee must meet the stated minimum age on the activity date. Currently, direct bookings on this site are for people aged 18 or over, with any higher minimum age shown on the event.
Cancellation and changes
The cancellation terms displayed on the event page form part of your booking and are kept with your confirmation. Read them before paying. Contact us with your booking reference if you need to request a change or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Organiser’s booking conditions
Out&About is operated by MYJOURNEY INTERNATIONAL LTD, company number 17430456. All prices are in GBP and include the Out&About charges shown at checkout. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Each event page states its date, times, meeting point, ticket inclusions and age requirements. Please check these before paying. Events are for adults aged 18 and over. Contact us before booking about dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs. Cancel through the website contact page at least 72 hours before the event starts or the trip departs for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, except where required by law. If Out&About cancels an event, we will provide a full refund. If we materially change its date, meeting point or inclusions, you may choose a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Please arrive on time and follow the host’s reasonable safety instructions. Coach return times are approximate and subject to traffic. Outdoor activities may be affected by weather; material itinerary changes are handled as described above. For questions, cancellations or complaints, use the website contact page and include your booking reference. The contact form delivers directly to our organiser area.
Independent activities
For plans linking to another organiser, you book with that organiser. They set the price, availability, age restrictions and refund terms. Check their current information before travelling or paying.
Students under 18
Browsing a plan does not give permission to attend it. Follow your school, residence and parent or guardian’s arrangements, including curfews. Where a plan is an alcohol event or states 18+, that age limit applies.
